Katsu Boy is a hole in a wall food stall concept with katsu (カツ) being its main dish to serve. This project is pretty much self explanatory given by its simple and catchy name. "Katsu Tengoku/Katsu Heaven" (カツ天国) is its slogan. The idea was to represent some japanese visual elements especially in fonts and icon. Font pairing used is Kotori Rose and Roboto Slab. The icon is referenced with astro boy's face shape; simple japanese hairstyle; and a Hachimaki. The main color used is orange. The color spectrum between yellow to red is oftentimes used in the psychology of food marketing to promote warmth and appetite. Katsu Boy is the katsu heaven you're looking for to satisfy your katsu cravings!
